It’s not every day that an olive oil sommelier and supplier asks us to design an experience-infused shop-meets-wine-and-tapas-bar. But if it’s something we haven’t done before, we like to think we can pull it off, so we eagerly shook hands and created Frantoiani, a unique place in Mechelen where a passion for food, drinks, authentic products, pure olive oil, and Italian panache come together.
Clever space planning and on-brand experience
We started with clever space planning to lead customers through the store to the bar and immersed them in bespoke, on-brand, and on-theme wall art, signage, and infographics. We teamed up with Helbig from Kortrijk for the modular rack systems, which are finished with olive wood laminate.
